Santiago Parkside Estates Mobile Park

This mobile park raises space rates yearly - no matter what. There is no limit to the amount. They've gone up yearly no matter the economy. A space which is only large enough for at 24X70 mobile is over 500 a month and continues to go up. There are no included services; they even charge a pass through fee for utilities they don't totally charge for. The club house is rented out yet there is not parking for the people that live here let alone the "visitors". They have their own towing company and tow cars at will. The city of Rialto says there's nothing they can (or will) do. Welfare considers it excessive housing costs but they don't do anything either. The fees they charge are only for the space; the mobile home itself is a totally separate payment. And is taxed by the city, county and state. The park keeps raising their price and yet provides nothing and has added nothing in the last three years. The pool is open half of the time stated in the provided paperwork but they always have an excuse. Today the water was off for three hours without notice at any point. Space notices were not provided until two days before the first; the rent is due on the first. That was Tuesday. The office was closed Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. It was open 4 hours on Saturday. If you put your payment in the "box" it gets lost and you have to pay late fees. The only language the office speaks is Mexican. The space that is back to back with ours has duck, pigeons and fighting roosters besides dogs that are in two groups - one on each side of the trailer. Ducks - talk about stink.
