Ordered a gift for my brother on Dec.1. Its Dec.28 and NOTHING.
No shipping update since Dec.6. You cant get a human on the phone, and the chat service takes you to a useless page of gibberish. All you can do is email, to which you get an automated reply stating someone will get back to you within 2 business days. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
Smells like a scam to me. PISSED.

28 and still nothing.There have been zero shipping updates since early Dec.You cannot get a human being on the phone and when you try the chat service it takes you to a page full of useless gibberish. All you can do is send an email, to which you get an automated reply saying someone will reply within 2 business days!
NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Smelling like a scam to me.
