Didn’t pay any refund!!
Accidentally double booked, took my money twice, same place, same time, same amount! Texted customer services a few minutes later.
Reply saying no reimbursement, your mistake, we are taking your money for your double payment - really poor service.
Don't use Parkopedia, no customer services, the app doesn't work. To top it off, where I parked, got a note saying don't park here!!

No parking spot
I reserved a spot in New Orleans. When we got there, no spot was available and attendant had no record of a reservation.
Succeeded in contacting the company by email, but they have gone silent.
I even provided a receipt from the lot we had to use instead. Out $23.

I have tried to book car parking and it said the booking had failed and to try again. I did this and it failed again.
Both payments have been taken from my account. Then, they gave an email address, Ssentemail. I checked if the address is correct, and that failed too. I have tried to find ways to contact them, but nothing shows if the email has been received.
I'm very concerned. Now, I'm not sure if I have a booking or not.

Happy gave refund
Not happy couldnt get in to car park.
But happy with customer service, giving refund.
Sorted quickly and efficiently.
Distroyed my car
Iv a series of complains about aldi car park longford an absolute discuss as I have had a blow out with two tires one blow other distroyed over major potholes. I expect compensation for my car or I will be going to a solicitor

Parking Basingstoke hospital
I completely forgot to pay for parking from 11.00 to 12.30 today at the Sherbourne carpark in Basingstoke hospital Hampshire. How can I rectify this please as I don't want a fine My vehicle reg is GK70KJX
