I paid for reservation for parking n seattle on parkopedia. The email had one address and the parking pass had a different address.There was no phone number to find out if we were parking in the right area.
There is a email address.I have emailed 3 times there is no reply.I would never , ever use them again and recommend no one else does.

Accidentally double booked, took my money twice, same place, same time, same amount! Texted customer services a few minutes later.
Reply saying no reimbursement, your mistake, we are taking your money for your double payment - really poor service.
Don't use Parkopedia, no customer services, the app doesn't work. To top it off, where I parked, got a note saying don't park here!!

User's recommendation: Don't forget to pay at exit to hospital. But it would be a useful tool for some way of paying in retrospect in a 24 hour period hospitals are stressful places. Also the exit barrier was up so didn't register forgetfullness until halfway ho.e.
