My car was stolen!!!!

I parked in the Airport Center Parking lot and upon my return discovered that my car (Q50) had been stolen. I am convinced that the Park-On staff or garage security at this LAX location are working with the people who stole my car because a code is required at the gate to exit the parking structure.

Plus security acted like my missing car was routine and showed no urgency or sympathy towards me at all.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! Park elsewhere.

Sold us a reservation for a lot near BWI that has been closed for a month. Had to get last minute arraignments elsewhere and ParkOn refused to make it right.

To make it worse they are still selling other people reservations to that same lot another month later after they acknowledge the lots closed. Book directly elsewhere and save yourself the time, money, and stress.

I was charged twice and not given a reservation number.

Booking parking at LAX, parkon.com charged my credit card twice for the same transaction - and did not give me any confirmation # or send me an email confirmation. They have no customer service phone #, just a contact form.

I filled it out and so far, I have not received a response. Terrible !

Extra charge when leaving the parking lot

I prepaid for eight days of parking at Fine Parking, at Hobby Airport. When leaving the parking lot, I had to pay almost $20 extra.

ParkON has no phone numbers to call. The only way to contact them is to send them a message. They responded within a day, but they said I have to contact the parking lot since they are the ones collecting the extra money.

Don't go through ParkON and pay extra causing more hassle. Go directly to the parking lot app and save yourself the hassle.
