Charged excess of what I should be paying. The person who initiated calls soliciting business membership wouldnt fulfill promises of returning calls and emails.

TICKETED FOR PARKING IN A LOT THAT I USED YOUR APP TO PAY FOR

I have gotten zero response from the Preferred Parking peopIe and next is the Attorney General if it is not resolved.

I dont know exactly what happens between the Park Mobile App and Preferred Parking Enforcement but below is a copy of my receipt showing paid at 4:01pm and good until 7:01 pm on 1/15/24. I was issued the attached citation at 4:28 pm. 27 minute difference, I made absolutely certain that I chose the correct lot number, and paid.

Please void the attached ticket as clearly shown below, I paid for parking, 27 MINUTES PRIOR TO THIS TICKET.
