PMC controls parking for the Sheraton Waterside in Norfolk. They charged my credit card in excess of my stay.
They said they would credit my card but that was 2 months ago.
Their customer support chatbot said I would receive a follow-up within 48 hours but after 6 interactions, they have yet to do so. There is NO ability to speak with a real customer support representative.
