Parkfield Apartments Denver Colorado

Good day, I inquired about parking prior to moving in the Parkfield apartments off Green Valley Ranch Blvd, and was informed no problems. I have been residing at Parkfield for about nine months and there is not enough parking; I have been towed and park illegally most of the time! The solution from management is to rent a garage. I am one person in a one bedroom without a parking space; this is not my fault, but is my problem. DO NOT CONSIDER PARKFIELD APARTMENTS OR EXPECT TO BE TOWED

I would ask the management if they are paying for a garage rental, seeing as how they told you parking was not an issue.

Good day, the garage is 100 dollars a month and parking is on a first come policy. The garages are small and tight that pull out into the driving lane; not smart or safe to blindly back out into the street!

I would rather pay a 100 dollars for a parking spot outside, although that is not an option.

I pay 1150 a month for a one bedroom. Thank you
