Poor Quality Repairs

Rear end collision, frame slightly bent, Parker could not repair without frame straightening but also, did not understand complexity of frame bend to repair; their ignorance caused them work as well as for me in making 3 trips for fix and ultimately, Parker simply refused to correct their deficiencies any more and actually jury rigged parts such that car was worse off, now long term service of car is now suspect for a new cad with 4700 miles, 4 months old. And they lie via denial of deficiency....they just don't exit to the Parker folks...deny, deny, like looking at red wall and calling it blue.

Theft of property at parker cadilliac/my truck

my truck is at parker cadilliac a general motors dealer in littlerock,ar for warranty service. they said it would be ready in 3 days. they call 1/9/09 an said someone jump the fence brought their own blocks an stole my tires&rims. they said i should call my insurance co. need help.e-mail flin5956@***.com 501-772-****.the wheels on my truck were 24in foose. the items that were stolen from the in side was ipod,digitalcamera an glasses.rick parker is the owner of parker cadilliac. phone # is 501-224-**** rodneyparham&shackleford

i smell a fish, nobody in their right mind would leave a ipod, digital camera and glasses in a car to be left in a service deptment over night. not counting for not having rim locks
