The worst company I have ever delt with
Account By700546, 2000 pounds paid on 28th November as a refundable payment at the Brynowen site in Borth. Email sent to CEO and others; no reply, no one answers the phone for the last 5 days. I want my money back.

They are looking into it and getting back to me. We sold our caravan in September 2021, and they have taken us to debt collectors for the pitch fees and rates for 2022, 2023, and 2024.
I have contacted them numerous times to say the account is closed, and they have said they will sort it but haven't.
They are useless. Our pitch would be used by now for another caravan.
Preferred solution: The account closed and debt collectors cancelled, we owe nothing

More than happy to take a voice call to book a holiday and take my cash, but no easy option to cancel other than a chat with a robot with predetermined 'no-can-do' orders. Such a good company, offering so many holiday options, but let down by a lack of humanity and understanding of our serious illness condition. Terrible.

Very rude text message from customer services
I rang to see where my upgrade was situated as have copd and may need a mobility scooter then got message saying I was pissed

Receptionist very rude on dealing with our problem of our tv in the end I googled it and fixed it myself, the beds needed replacing they were very old n worn, no where tk store your food but the cupboards were well stocked with pots and pans , clean on arrival, but issues with uncomfortable beds and poor customer service would put me off re- using this site and Ive already booked a holiday with hoeseasons in wales ? Its a shame as overall this is a lovely site with fishing pools and lots of nature, we like quiet so were surprised really that we were right next to entertainment very loude till bout 11
