App not working
I have never received a response from ParkChirp. They are a terrible company and they don’t provide any customer service.

I have been left a little traumatized by my experience. I couldn’t access my car to get it back in my possession.
I sent multiple emails and multiple voicemails. The next morning I finally gained access to the garage and was able to get to my car but then I had to pay an additional $40 to exit the garage. I had never envisioned a scenario like this.
I don’t plan to use ParkChirp ever again. There are other options.
The app logged me out and now I cant get logged in. My parking reservation is now past my time and I have no way to get out of the garage.

No one is opening the gate
Horrible. No one ever picks up when you have to read them a transaction ID.
When they pick up they say they cant hear you and hang up. Worst customer service of all time.

It never stated if the garage i went to was a in and out. I reached out last week fir a redund and noone has got back to me.
No number to call anything. I will never use this app again.
