This hotel is disgusting extremely dirty walls, curtains, bedding, rug. The rooms are very old and uncapped. The linens and bedding was disgusting. Please do not stay here it’s way over priced

I checked into the hotel, arrived in my room and basically walked back out. The curtains were torn and soiled.
The lampshades look like somebody urinated on them. The bed smelled. The linens looked dirty. The towels were gray there was soil all over the walls.
The rug was extremely filthy, and the odor in the room was unbearable.
I had to go over to the Hyatt Regency. Park Shores will not refund my $360.
Be very aware of this place do not book it.

RUDE Security Disgrace to the hotel
- Aston Waikiki and Park Shore security were rude and threatening.
- Guard Robert threatened with trespassing.
Do not Stay at the Park Shote Hotel Waikiki Beach unless you enjoy being insulted by PArk Shore Hotel Security.Robert is EXTREMELY RUDE, unprofessional - a perfect thug or prison guard but for a hotel in Waikiki??No THANKS!! MArriott Waikiki Beach is where we are staying next!!!
How did two decent hotels hire security that acts like high school thugs?
We were enjoying the parade in Waikiki when one of the guards, Robert, working the afternoon shift on Saturday 10/19. EVidently one of us was smoking too near an entrance...being a tourist we were not familiar with Honolulu city ordinance.
This Security Guard, must have been hired for his rude, angry demeanor.
Instead of letting us know the law so we will move, he threatens us with TRESSPASSING.
THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT GUESTS or EVEN LOCALS who live here. Shame on Aston Waikiki and PArk Shore hotel in Waikiki.
TRAIN your security guards or hire someone trainable. This security guard Robert, is a disgrace to the Hotel , and a disgrace to the security company that hires him. Maybe Robert can be a prison guard??
