User's recommendation: Avoid This Dealership At All Costs , They’ll Trick You Into Buying A Car And Have You Stuck With All Kind Of Fees
Shady “dealership” unprofessional people
This place is garbage. Shady people who walk around like they are something.
5 ft 3 guys running around in skinny pants. That part is actually comical. Voicemail has been full for months. Cant talk to anyone without knowing youre being scammed.
Their hidden charges are shady. Prices change according to how much they want to rip you off that day. Stay away from this place.
Youll be sorry. Was there last week.heard the *** they tried to con me into, and I walked out.
User's recommendation: Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else
This place do not provide any customer service. Very polite before the purchase but no type of help after. Think twice before using this dealer.
Bought a car and had a problem that same week. Took it in and now coming to three weeks I havent heard from anyone. They keep transferring me to voicemail that is full
User's recommendation: Never use this dealership
BAD EXPERIENCE
*** AVOID AT ALL COSTS ***These folks are extremely shady. They advertise one price but sneak in charges when you go to sign the contract.
In my case they advertised a car on car websites and then added a $1995 hidden fee, what they called "due at signing." Do not believe their prices and make sure you read the contract because that is where they will add those hidden charges.
VEHICLE PRICE$19,900
DUE AT SIGNING$1,995
PRICE$17,905 - Online they will advertise this price and that is what you negotiate thinking this is the price of the car.
They WON"T even disclose the "due at signing" price and sneak it in on the contract. *** AVOID PARK PLACE AUTO in Elizabeth, NJ and they also advertise under Where Luxury Meets *** YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
User's recommendation: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

User's recommendation: do not go there
Fraud Alert
Don't give you receipt of sale. When you go back the sales person acts as if he doesn't know who you are and still refuse to give you receipt of sale.
State one price.
Rush you to sign documents. State $13,900 for car and $16,900 with fees. Put $10,000 down payment. Then you get an email from the bank thanking you for financing $26,000 car.
Scam artist, rip off and fraudulent.
There is a Better Business Bureau consumer ALERT for this business. Why are they still in business?
User's recommendation: Do not let them distract you or rush you. Do not buy a car from this dealer.

Preferred solution: Price reduction
Unfair and deceptive practices
They sold me a 2016 c300 claiming it was AWD, but it wasn’t! They claimed no spare tire is needed because it has run on flats tires, but it didn’t! They claimed it had a minor accident on AutoCheck report, but hid the fact the CarFax was showing structural damage reported.
Preferred solution: Full refund
Fake sales
sold a car for more than what was on the window of car price, made me sign paper with no information just sign. Liars and steal all your money.
charged me to activate a car insurance instead of calling. Now im stuck with a bill i cant afford because they set me up,of course a woman purchasing a car.

Liars and Fraudsters! Dip's Luxury Motors in ELizabeth, NJ
I went in today (6/4/2016) to test drive a car I had contacted them about earlier ( a Basque Red Pearl 2012 Acura TL) I called them an hour before I got there to let them know what time I would be getting there and they said it was okay. On getting there, they informed me that the car we talked about was already sold a few hours ago.
They should have told me that on the phone when I called earlier. The salesman that attended to me was VERY rude. He then proceeded to show me another Acura TL. The car did not start initially and they claimed it was a "minor" battery problem that would be fixed.I started to drive and noticed the seatbelt would not buckle, again they said it was minor.
The glove compartment was also broken and they said they would fix it. After driving the car, I asked to see the carfax to make sure the vehicle was accident free (my preference) and the rude salesman said I should trust him and believe that the records are clean with no accident. He said due to the $40 cost of printing the car fax, he would only show me after I made a down payment. That sounded so ridiculous because I would not buy a car without knowing the history.
I demanded to speak with the manager who then said he would show the records to me online but drastically changed his story 5 minutes later to "Clean car fax, no accidents. Trust me". This sounded so sketchy and I took the VIN number and ran it myself. To my surprise, the same vehicle they assured me had no accidents was involved in not one BUT THREE ACCIDENTS.
I now see why they wanted a down payment; to dupe me. Please do a thorough investigation before giving these liars your hard earned money. Customer service was so bad.
This has been my worst experience so far. AVOID AT ALL COSTS if possible.
Park Place of New Jersey - Overall Impression Review from Jeddah, Makkah
Please note those guys had changed their business name from (Park Place of NJ) to (Dip's Luxury Motors) & (Elizabeth-NJ Auto) after they had tons of negative reviews and horrifying feedbacks and scored (F) on BBB and ran out of business so they decided to trick people by changing the business name; place their current name on google map and you will see the proof! I believe at least most if not all of their positive reviews and fake and fabricated by their own employees!!
I called/emailed this dealer over 6 times simply to enquire about the car I'm interested in and to potentially arrange professional inspection and place an offer accordingly as I'm a cash and serious customer.
Firstly, their automated "Internet chat representative" has no clue what's really available and what's sold; of note most of the complaints against them from tons of people over the years is that they fake the actual presence of vehicle by placing/leaving it on their inventory and when people call claim it's there when it's not and make them come long distance just to try selling them another vehicle which very deceiving and pathetic for desperate business! They never replied back, not impressed! So I called them and after being handed from one person to another I get to this salesperson who claims "Our owner does not allow us to send Carfax to people!"; this is their usual excuse once again from tons of negative review over different websites! This is obviously bogus claiming "it's against copyright policy" simply because Carfax themselves has a link over tons of other dealers' ads as (Show me Carfax) and I personally had most dealers send me carfax report with no question asked; evidently those are professional mature dealers unlike those!
Regardless, I just asked for some info about the car like the presence of any issues physically, electrically, or mechanically, and they still denied to answer! To test the theory of their lack of business ethics, and to express my serious intentions, I placed a reasonable offer on the vehicle provided my inspection which I will arrange and pay for will come with no issues, they still continued to deny to reply! I find this, just like all other reviewers have previously documented, very unprofessional and disrespectful! Those people should really go back to learn the basics of business ethics code and understand that they don't need to change their business name to try desperately to gain peoples' trust.
All what they need is pay some respect, attention, and communication with no attitude or rudeness as if they are doing us a favor because truth is we are doing them a favor for providing them with business!
That's they key, and not faking the existence of vehicles that had been already sold! Really sad and pathetic!
Unprofessional Service Review
Oh my god those people are so bad they do that to a lot of people with had the same problem and the son of the owner is so unprofessional ,don't go there to buy any car
Used Car Dealership Scam
6/3/13 - It has almost been a month and registration has still not come in, $1000 additional check was never mailed in, and Park Place of NJ never paid off any amount to Nissan finance for the Infiniti G37 trade in, thus automatic $562 was paid to Nissan from my debit card today on 6/3/13
6/4/2013:
I had arrived to Park Place of NJ at 5pm. Mike, the internet sales/marketing guy approached me, asked me what happened, why I was so upset, why I wrote the bad reviews online, what was wrong with the deal.
He said he was the one who got in trouble and wanted to work things out to get rid of the bad reviews, I told him I'll *** the reviews and consider re-writing reviews if they're willing to
Re-work the contract. Mike said that is fine, he is willing to do that, and told me to go wait inside the waiting room so I did.
The manager, Alex sees me, and tells me he would like to talk to me and takes me to his office and told me that he's willing to listen and work things out.
I told him, that 20,216.63 was never paid off, $561.62 was automatically paid out through my debit account to Nissan Finance on 6/3, and he replied by saying it is my fault for not blocking my Citizens Bank debit account to Nissan Finance on 5/7th (which was never instructed to me by Alex on that day we signed the papers). He told me it normally takes 10-15 business days for payment to be completed from Park Place of NJ to Nissan Finance(I bought the car on 5/7, and I was charged $561.62 on 6/3, almost a month for them to pay off my car). As of today 6/5th (1:00AM), I still show a balance of $19,654.61 (20,216.23 - 561.62, the amount I paid off)
Alex then tells me "you *** me good! For writing those negative reviews", but he said he is
Willing to give me the $1000 (which was agreed to be paid out in check as part of my Infiniti trade in on 5/7, which was never mailed out). he would issue me the $1000 check if I were to take the bad reviews down
I told Alex I'm not willing to do that because $1000 was already agreed upon for my trade in. He said that’s fine, and it is now up to the owner to give me the $1000 for my used trade in.
He said I should have thought before writing bad reviews if I wanted to collect my $1000 check.
Alex also told me that he could triple sue me for tarnishing Park Place of NJ’s name with my negative reviews on consumer review sites, he said this is stated on the arbitration letter.
I told him that is fine, and asked him to provide me the remaining copies of the paperwork that he never provided on 5/7th.
Documents provided on 5/7
1. Auto Source Lifetime extended warranty
2. Temporary Vehicle Registration expiring on 5/26/13
3. Retail installment Sale contract simple finance charge
Doc provided on 6/4
1. Arbitration Agreement
2. Odometer Disclosure Statement
3. Bill of Sale
4. Disclosure of damage to used vehicle (I was shown clean history report from carfax on 5/7 and never shown this document that shows “12/07/10 Accident reported – right front impact”. I do not recall signing this document, however my signature is on it, and everything else does not appear to be my handwriting, such as my name, address, and date next to my signature.
I obtained copies of the 4 documents and headed out of the dealership at 6:00PM
The dealer had agreed to buy my Infiniti g37x coupe at $21,200.00, the balance left on financing my Inifiniti G37 Nissan Finance 20,200 plus extra $1000 which would be mailed out in check to my house the next day on 5/8 (never arrived).
We agreed to purchase the 2010 BMW 328i convertible at the price of $28,995.00 (what was advertised on their website).
The dealer had assured me verbally that I would be paying this amount plus doc fee, registration fee, dealership fee, with PA sales tax
I had went into the dealership at 6PM and told him that I am interested in the BMW 328i, and the dealer had kept me waiting until 11PM saying that he is waiting on my credit score.
I kept asking for the carfax report, he said he would give it to me once it was available. He gave it to me along with the sale contract right before I was about to sign at 11pm, I could not understand the car fax report, and he said the report shows clean history free of accidents.
As I was signing the papers the total sale price of 47,656.50 caught my eye, but he told me, not to worry about that price, the real price was reflected on the bottom “amount financed” $38,695. He told me that it was the final cost of the car which I’d pay over the entire period of loan term which included all fees, taxes, and interest. It still did not make any sense to me I told him I would not sign it because $28,995.00 plus all fees, taxes and APR does not add up to $38,695, but he told me it was because of my bad credit score (my credit score is 680) and ensured me that the APR would drop to 3 percent after I make my payments for the first 5 to 6 months, dropping my payments to roughly $35,000. Thus I had signed.
When the dealer was trying to contact my insurance company, he had caught my attention when he told the insurance agent that I would be contracted to 75 months (he had clearly told me that my payment terms would be $520 per month for 60months). I had stopped him right there and told him, that is not what we had agreed upon, but he told me not to worry and said it will change after I pay my first 5 payments to $520 per month for 60 months.
After he had spoken to the insurance agent and sale was closed, one of the workers from the dealership offered to drive the BMW out from the parking lot and he was smoking a cigar in the BMW while driving it out. I had immediately asked him to put it out.
On the sales contract, it states that my car trade in value was $17,000, and I have put down $2,500 in cash (I never put down any cash payment). It shows me with a negative balance of 700 dollars that I owe. The deal for my trade in was for $21,200.00.
At the time when I had signed the sales contract, the dealer told me I had to sign an arbitration agreement, which I asked him what it was. He told me it meant that, I must try to resolve any issues with the dealer before taking any legal action, and this was mandatory for all dealerships, so I signed it.
As the sales contract was signed, the dealer never gave me a copy of the Bill of Sales.
On May 16th I had received a letter from M&T bank with the total sale price of $46,971.75. I have contacted the dealership to ask them to fix this amount to what was reflected on the online price of $28,995 plus fees, taxes, interest. They have asked me to send them the initial copy of the online price and they would readjust it my sales contract, so I have sent them an email with their online advertisement. However they never replied back via email or phone.
On May 17th I called them to ask about 1000 dollar check for my Infiniti, they said they will send it out, and also asked about the $46,971.00, and the manager told me not to worry about it, and had told me the payment would go down, and if I were to pay off the car in full tomorrow, I would only pay $32,000.00, then said he was busy and hung up.
2:25PM called about the M&T bank statement, and they hung up on me right on the spot.
2:25PM called again they hung up again.
3:16pm called and asked for a copy of Bill of Sales, they said they provided me that doc on 5/7th, and I told them that I had never received it. They said they won’t get it to me by today because the secretary was not available. I’ve also asked for the owner contact info, he said he cannot give out that information.
