Terrible accommodation it was ment to have been a gold caravan it was dirty there were no pots or frying pans the sofa bed was absolutely disgusting there was dead mosquitos and dirty vapes

I have rang several times and I have still not received any response I think at least a50 percent refund the whole holiday was ruined I paid for gold accommodation and received bronze or below
Caravan was very dirty, the sofa bed was broken. When the person came to fix it, it was replaced with a filthy mattress with dead mosquitoes and a vape on it.
My daughter and her partner have had to sleep on the floor for 3 days due to this. This is not what we would expect from a gold caravan. We spent more money in hopes that it would be a nice upgrade, but this is horrible.
We had no pots and pans on arrival, nor cutlery, nor toilet brush. The bathroom was also dirty upon arrival; I had to clean it myself before use.
