Never Come Here.

Not only do the employees at Park Cities Ford epitomize the sketchy, dishonest car salesperson stereotype, but they are downright shady human beings that are solely out to take money wherever they can squeeze it out – whether it’s necessary or not. We had a very minor electrical issue with our car (parking brake sensor), and other than the alert going off incessantly, the car was driving completely normally. We had nothing but issues with the unhelpful, greedy Park Cities Ford team from the very beginning and ended up having to tow our car to another shop in MUCH WORSE condition than it was when we brought it in. We made the initial appointment with the service center over the phone about a day in advance. When we arrived, the person the appointment was scheduled with was not even in the office, and he had not bothered to put our scheduled appointment in their system. From there, we were told to leave the vehicle there to be reviewed and that we needed to pay $174 for the diagnostic work and warranty deductible, and that no further charges would be processed unless we approved the amount they quoted. When the service person called, she explained that there was extensive brake damage and the issue was not simply the sensor, and that the repairs needed would not be covered by our extended warranty, so we would have to pay about $900 out of pocket. We told them not to perform the work on the car, and that we would take it to get another opinion before deciding how to handle the repairs, knowing that the car was driving completely normally, and that there is no way there could be this extensive damage to the brakes as they said (shady). When we arrived to pick up the car after several days of “diagnostic work”, the parking brake was completely locked up, and the car was not drive-able – it wouldn’t even move. The car was in a totally different state than it was when we dropped it off to get diagnosed, and now the damage was much, much worse. Because of the way everything happened, it truly seems like the dishonest, unhelpful staff at Park Cities Ford caused this extensive damage to our vehicle after we decided to take it elsewhere so that we would feel cornered and obligated to hand over additional money. As we were getting our car towed to another shop for a second opinion, we discovered that the team at Park Cities Ford had actually mischarged our card, taking out $722 extra dollars work that was clearly not done and explicitly NOT approved on our end. What an incredible experience with a world-class group of shady, low-down thieves. If you ever find yourself being forced to have any contact with this dealership, do yourself a favor and simply drive your car off a cliff instead – it will be much less painful.

Lairs tried to swindle me

Liars. They lied to my face and tries to swindle me out of $2400 for a problem I didn’t need fixed. Sun roof wouldn’t close and after charging me about $100 and costing me another $100 in uber fees for 3 day’s service time, they said it was “impossible” (their words) to close without replacing the track. I taped the roof up and took it somewhere else a week later, who fixed it for free in 10 minutes. Now I’m out $200 and have to scrub tape residue off my roof. If they’d lie to me over something this small they’re definitely lying to you. Don’t do business with these creeps. Nick Hammer, looking at you.
