I purchased a front sway bar for my vehicle using their on-website search function, using my vehicle and vin to find the correct part. Once I received the part, my mechanic took a look at it and told me they sent me the wrong part. I was sent a RWD sway bar when my car is AWD. I put in that my car was AWD on their search function. After this mixup I called the company and I expressed concerns that although my mechanic had not tried to install the piece, I wasn't sure if any cosmetic damage had happened, and customer service loudly coughed to interrupt me twice as in shut up about damage just send the bar and we'll refund you. I spent $150 on return shipping, and $60 on insurance, and once they got it they said it had scratches and so they were disposing of the $600 brand new sway bar. They told me essentially to go *** myself and to see if canada post would return my money to me. They stopped returning information to canada post so my claim died, and then they stopped returning my emails. Now I'm out well over $1000 in labour parts shipping and lost time at work, and this was all over a mixup on THEIR WEBSITE. I am beyond appalled at the level of customer service given at every turn since I purchased something here off good words from prior customers. Clearly their policies have changed since then.
