Half of the staff is RUDE , most are old and cannot see while they polish , I don't understand why they are still doing nails if they keep making me bleed . Once was an accident , twice i might've had bad luck , third time i know now that they don't know what they're doing. They look like a very nice salon and they have a good business going on but they only have a good business because its a nice salon. They don't wash their pedicure bowls , they simply spray it down with water and walk off then a new person would sit down and they simply just fill the tub for their next customer. I was grossed out from it. i got the deluxe pedicure which is $32 supposedly 45 minutes long . the elderly lady that cut me and made me bleed , and kept trying to take out my "ingrown" that i told her not to because it never gave me problems until after she messed with it literally took 30 minutes on my pedicure . I did not have polish on my toes to start with . I have no callas . she took about about 2 minutes to cut my cuticles , file my toe nails down . then she scrubbed my feet for about 2 minutes as well (which i don't mind cause i have clean feet and I'm ticklish) i really wanted my cuticles cut without making me bleed out , massage and a nice polish . i gotten a 10 minute massage and some cold "hot towels" on me and she polished for the remainder of the time . she polished pretty quick but sloppy ! and she spent all the time in the world cleaning the paint off my skin which still remained there . i was so mad that i couldn't even get my moneys worth . i knew she took less than 30 minutes because i sat down and she asked me which pedicure i wanted and i looked at the menu and she put on a timer then started to text my boyfriend to meet me in an hour across the street for lunch and i looked at the time because i know that they're on a timer . she just sets her timer at whatever she wants to . but i do pay attention to that kinda stuff . i do not recommend this place at all !!!!

I do believe that they use tub liners and disposable tools on each client. Let the manager know if you have any concern regarding to a certain technician.


Report them to the board of barbering and cosmetology.
