Dear Sir or madam, To share with you my customer experience, I bought tickets on July 2022. (2 games. 2 tickets for each game). both invoice of the buy and snapshot of the sale, both from my psg account - attached. On Sep I resale one game (2 tickets - for 204 Euro) game was on Sep -2022 I contact psg for so many times since last year to recieve my payment. Only after first ticket on pissed customer, then psg approve they recieved required bank account they needed. For 3 months psg verified my bank details and verification exist, then you approve that you will transfer my payment, . Many service tickets with no solution. service ticket was close before my customer complain was sorted out with resolution, one of your team members or broken process, not sure, worth to check. After getting psg approval to send the money, still waiting 6-7 more months extra with no update. (mail attached) Please assist, Hope to receive my money from the sale on 2023, please help!!! I've had NO RESPONSE FROM PSG RETAIL AS REGARDS TO MY ORDER ITS HAS BEEN VERY DISAPPOINTING AND DISTRESSING AS IVE JUST BLACK LISTED THERE SALES SITE ONLINE AND IF YOU CAN GET A RESPONSE I WOULD BE VERY GRATEFUL FOR YOUR HELP SERIOUSLY THANKS MR K.SATTAR
