After today I am concerned about the service at Paris Ford!

Sent my son for service (1st time)! Service man acted like he did not understand English, finally told my son to come back in one hour. My son goes back In an hour and hes putting others in front of him! Not good customer service!

Horrible tech support and service

started 5/31/19 a simple airbag recall and tune up, when taken to dealer no warning lights truck running fine. After a week at dealer ship airbags done but now warning lights would cost additional 200 to check problem Possible clock spring-don't they check these things when they do work?. Charged for major tune up they claim spark plug was stripped??could not do heilcoil no one had tools and did not know how to do it???was often remanf head for 4800 or engine replacement for more. declined being ripped off. Bill was almost 600 dollars. Made complaint no help from local dealer no help, when to Headquarters Ford told to take back second time . Charge again appx 600 dollars clock spring changed now airbag not seated right, constant dinging, ignition screwed up cruise control broken truck really running like crap now. They disconnected servo cable made wrong paperwork not right vehicle or vin. Doesn't the service manager check work how could truck be ready to go in this condition. Has now been 14 days in service hands and has cost me 1157.09 and still not right by dealership so back I'll go to Ford Motor for there help. Almost afraid to tack back who knows what they will destroy next. I am a loyal Ford customer but beware of your local dealerships THEY are not Ford. If you have problems address them otherwise more people get screwed. Right now out of 5 stars it would be less than 1. Myself , family and friends will not be dealing with this dealership based on this service matter I will not recommend to anyone.
