Issue has been resolved. However, there is no direct point of contact with customer service for any questions/issues which is totally absurd. I can't find any other options to contact customer service with my issue other than FAQ.

My first phone order was a disaster. Upon pick-up, the service was horrible, so I just requested a refund - which has never happened.
The authorization number for the refund cannot be provided even after one month. Even the store manager, Laura, who is rude and aggressive, did nothing to follow through after speaking with her. I've tried to speak with the owner, Nikki, after leaving two messages. It seems she feels it's professional to hang up on you in the middle of the message.
Who does that?
Rude! This store (Saratoga Ave in San Jose, CA) PB has none of the quality standards the business should uphold.

Bad customer service and will never go back again, where employees are very very rude., basically discriminating workers and what else you can expect.
Very very bad customer service. Stuff was not displayed on the shelf and manager and the employee kept talking and ignored the customer.
When question was asked she was very rude. Store located on 46663 Mission Blve at Freemont Ca

The employees charged me more for my sandwiches by error. I tried calling the location to resolve the issue over the phone, but nobody answered.
I had to walk back to the location from home to resolve the issue. From then beginning, the manager was very nasty. When I tried to explain what I wrote above, she started yelling at me shouting me to calm down, when I was only trying to communicate what then employees did wrong. Her demeanor and attitude was extremely rude and upset me greatly.
When I asked her name, she ignored my question multiple times. When I told her I'm going to take a photo of her for my records of this exchange she grabbed my phone and threw it down, this happened multiple times as I wanted to get her ID, so I can complain about her. I finally was able to get her picture, but she was very nasty about it, taking video of me, calling me "Karen", yelling insults at me and telling me to get the *** out of there, while I was there only to resolve my issue of being overcharged. I only wanted to resolve the issue and leave with my sandwiches, but she took them away from me, making me leave empty-handed.
She even took my receipt. She then threatened to call police and ordered me to leave the premises.
Right now I am very upset and humiliated. Someone like her should not be in service industry.

I ordered 1 cake 4 sanwiches for our dinner
Around 4pm and delivered by 730 pm
Missing 3 sanwiches
When i called the westbury gardencity and told me my order are not available anymore.
Now our bday celebration is messed up due to poor service. No notifications ,no email ,no call or no text.
And charged me. This is not acceptable..

Hi, I would like to report few issues with the Rego Park location of PB, in New York, 11374.
I am there almost every day, and can see that the quality of customer service is worse than ever. The staff doesn't pay attention to what customers say, they are comfortably talking to each other while taking customer's orders.
Yesterday, they let a strange person to take my credit card which they had at their payment machine.
Today, I was unfortunate to be served by Jennifer who is especially rude .
She forgot to give me the pastry for which I paid, and then she forgot that I was patiently waiting for my sandwich to be toasted, while everybody else got their staff coming after me. When I mention it to her, she just brushed off and said" Everybody is waiting".She doesn't care about her services, all she does is to talk to her co workers, while service customers.
No wonder, the orders have been messed up and mixed up.
I am spending so much money from my paycheck at PB, and I feel it is unfair to be treated like that. I would like to reach a management or administration regarding the quality of customer service issue at this store.

I wont at all recommend This worst Paris baguette is the worst customer services very expensive price products. Their staff are very very rude not attentive and they always want tips n they dont give good customer services and there is no complaint department.
I had a rewards in my mobile apps this Paris baguette stole it bcoz when I try to see it there is no rewards it vanish. Even rewrds wasnt expired. This Paris baguette is thieves
