I hired contractor to redo outside stucco. We had fine line.

My contractor purchased material from Parex . After two month later. I saw little piece ( size of bread crumb) on patio floor. After heavy nrain more and more.

I called inspector from Parex ,In front of him. We showered wall with water and scrap final coat with my bare hand, He saw and redo again.

later parex guy in Georgia changed plan and he just paint on top of defected final coat. My contractor said we need base coat and finalcoat but Parex wants to paint on top of defected final coat,

PAREX USA sold bad material to my locally hired I and B construction. which did good stucco job . After rain , wall gets soft and soft, I scrape with my fingers. PAREX USA agreed and put new stucco . later they changed original plan, THEY WANT PUT WATER PROOF PAINT ON TOP OF BAD STUCCO. I paid new stucco NOT painting. .First Parex usa agreed to put new stucco. later they changed and painting .I paid new stucco NOT PAINTING , I paid 11,000,
