AI Highlights
  • - I couldn't speak with anyone; only billing was available.
  • - I don't have an account number and need flyers for my new business.

I didn't get to speak with anyone. It never gave me the option to speak with anyone other than someone in billing.

And I needed to enter my account number.

I don't have an account number. I'm trying to get flyers for my new business.

Book Ban

AI Highlights
  • - I've read Parents magazine 10+ years with my kids and unsubscribed.
  • - Disappointed by the banning-books article; some titles seem not suitable for under 18.

I have been reading parents magazine for over 10 years with and my two children. I was very disappointed to read your article about the banning of books.

The writer of the article should open and read the content of some of these books that she saying should be kept in schools, like the boy blue. I support LGBT, but what is written in some of those books is completely inappropriate for children under 18. Its *** It discusses his first time having anal sex and worse! How is that appropriate for school?

Not to mention other books on that list that are really bad if you read them..which I have to see what all the fuss was about. It shows me that no thought went into this article, and the safety and protection of minors being exposed to inappropriate content for minors is not of the highest priority for your company. It is literally like having XXX movies in a school library.

You have gone too far. I have officially unsubscribed.
