Frustrated at not having someone to speak to about collections which have not happened!

This is the second time I've paid a lot for a service with them and not had a courier pick up when it was clearly booked and paid for. Good luck with trying to speak to someone!

They used to have a phone number, and were very helpful, but there customer service (and attitude) frankly have gone downhill in the past few years. I won't be using them again and will take my business elsewhere if I don't get this resolved within 24 hrs
