When I finally tracked down a person with a 1/2 hour wait, she was extremely rude. "The machine is broken and there is nothing I can do about it. Call your manager"
They are holding my package without any means of retrieving it while I am on deadline with it. This is conversion.

Looong wait time for customer service line
Been waiting for more than 50+mins for customer support, their locker and system has broken down multiple times. Don't recommend given how long you have to wait for CS and how unstable the locker systems are.

You can’t reach a person.
I ordered some thing from Amazon that was supposed to get here two days ago and it is not here yet. I leave for vacation early tomorrow morning. I tried canceling the order and Amazon says they cant cancel it although it was supposed to be here two days ago, so Ive tried calling parcel pending to let them know I will be gone until September 2 and I cant get a person.

My package was sent to another family member who do not live us. This person has no account and doesn't know why she got the email with the locker number.
I think that the delivery person messed up, as this is not the first time it has happen.
I called parcel pending and hey were able to help . It was a huge relief for me that it's was not sent to a stranger.
Packages were not mine. I went to their apt#, no one answered. Tried again this am - no response.
Recd call from Parcel Pending, she told me to take pkgs to the office.
