You can’t reach a person.
I ordered some thing from Amazon that was supposed to get here two days ago and it is not here yet. I leave for vacation early tomorrow morning. I tried canceling the order and Amazon says they cant cancel it although it was supposed to be here two days ago, so Ive tried calling parcel pending to let them know I will be gone until September 2 and I cant get a person.

Pros:
- Sometimes goesbin a lovker where package cant be stollen
Cons:
- Sometimes locker doesnt know we picked up package
Preferred solution: Not looking for anything you guys gixed my problem already

Packages were not mine. I went to their apt#, no one answered. Tried again this am - no response.
Recd call from Parcel Pending, she told me to take pkgs to the office. I did, Appreciate your call back, person I spoke with was great!
