- - We bought tickets weeks ago as a birthday surprise, but an email said the event was cancelled and it disrupted our plans today.
We bought ticket few weeks ago as a surprise for my son celebrating birthday today. After planning everyones schedule for today, i received an email that the event is cancelled! It ruined our plans for today!!!
Preferred solution: Compensation. Free event ticket or whatever!

Please contact our customer service for a full refund, at 941-704-****. We notified everyone via email and text message that this show was canceled and we refunded everyone that called for a refund.
Customers were given the option of a refund or a credit for a future show. We understand that some customers may not have received notification of the cancelation. You sent e-mail on the same day, a few hours before the event thus we did not have time to book or plan anything for my son’s birthday. We also planned our day to be home early, i even took the day off just to learn that its cancelled! Very disappointed!
