Paramount would not issue a refund even though a send them pictures of the shedding issues with their hair. I spent over $300 on hair that lasted maybe 5 weeks, shedding all over the place.
Salesperson offered 20% off to order replacement hair which in unacceptable. They're now having the sales manager from Paramount call me to explain they can't replace the extensions because I ordered them in January and I've been wearing them. From what I read this is a definite problem with the HotHeads hair. It you're thinking of purchasing their brand....DON'T !
Hair is supposed to last at least 6 months or more, I couldn't even get a few months out of the hair. I still have the hair in my head as if I have them removed I will have very little hair on my head. I'm extremely disappointed with Paramount and Hotheads for their lack of support for their product.
