Scammed by Andrew Broeren and Paragon
This guy Andrew Broeren marketed USA properties for sale with 3 year rental guarantees so that the owner has income even if the properties were not rented out.
Then, as soon as he had sold all his properties, he shut down the company that issued the guarantees so none of the property owners could collect the rental guarantee money. So we are left with properties that we paid above market price for, and no rental guarantee.
What a scam.
Surely selling properties with guarantees attached in the knowledge that you have no intention of honouring those guarantees is illegal?
Avoid this person and Paragon or whatever he calls his next scam operation.

I have know Andrew for many years and he has been incredibly professional and diligent in all his business activities. I purchased several turn-key properties from Paragon between 2011-****.
I know that when Paragon attempted to sell US turn-key properties in Hong Kong & Singapore in 2014, a major competitor tried to discredit the company, disguised as "anonymous", by making false and misleading claims of not honoring rental guarantees. My properties continue to yield over 10% return and I am very happy with their capital appreciation.
I have out in a request to have my comments removed from this forum.. after reading them.

I don't trust this person andrew as he has been telling me for 3or 4 months he is 2 weeks from getting it ready.He told me that 5 times,actions speak louder than words as far as I can tell michael m.
well his next operation is with Green Magic homes & compass Green of the US myself and many more people were involved with this company.. believe me Apples do not fall far from the tree.
many of us were hurt in this deal with this company. but we are all in contact and going to research legal action to stop people like this
The same thing happened to me. the rental guarantee was not honoured and I know of others in the same boat. I live in Singapore and purchased three properties in the US through him.
I will sign off as anonymous but if Andrew Broeren replies to this email and disputes it in any way I would be happy to give my full details and also contact others I know and encourage them to do the same.
I've dealt with Paragon and Mr Broeren over the last few years, obtained a number of properties and found them to extremely professional throughout. This posting appears, especially as signed 'anonymous' to be likely a disgruntled ex-employee.
I don't believe this site to be responsible to allow people to place comments anonymously and cause undue reputational harm. Mr or Ms Anonymous might I suggest if you have a genuine complaint - grow a backbone and give your real details.

I have dealt with Andrew on another business. the anonymous people are correct.
some people just don't care to put there names out there.. myself I don't care
