The general manager name should Brian Laughingstock not Brian Benstock. This place is total mess, when you enter sales people are practically hunting, harassing you in every possible way without any limits. Don't believe me check the number of complaints and legal cases filled against Paragon Honda and Paragon Acura. They are totally dishonest and unprofessional in every aspect - during sale, after sale and when servicing your car. Most of the positive reviews here are fake and written you know by who.... Please don't waste your time and shop else where, and don't even try to contact this LaughingStock manager....he is a total joke! Word of advice do your own research online, shop and compare what others paid for similar car with similar features then shop at place of your choice and don't be afraid to walk out and get better price elsewhere. Always print out your research and have it with you when shopping for a car. Spread the word tell your friends, family and relatives to stay away from the crooks at Paragon Honda and Paragon Acura! Also when buying and signing any type of document always quickly snap a photo and have it for your records, just in case anyone wants to pull fast one ...you will have all the proof that you need to easily win in court. Consequently if you feel it is necessary don't feel ashamed to voice or video record the whole interaction without them knowing it...in New York city you do not need other party consent to record. I Maribel Figueroa on 08/04/2016. Took my 2014 CRV in to get my brakes fixed .

The first time I called to schedule the appointment . I ask specifically what would be the cost to have my brakes done. The representative stated that the brakes would cost 179 dollars . For the front brakes .

So I spoke to my husband we agree to take it in for service. So I called again to schedule the repair. And the second personi I spoke with stated that to do the total front and rear . It would cost a total of 413 dollars.

So my husband who's a machanically incline person check the brakes and told me that only the front brakes needed to be repair. So I called paragon Honda again to schedule the repair . And the third person stated. That the front brakes alone would cost a total of 279.00 dollars .

So we made the schedule to have the repair done on. 08/05/2016 at 7 pm . Because the representative stated. That it was the only time available to repair the vehicle .

So once we got into the service area or reception. I was greeted by the service staff . At which time we waited over twenty minutes be seen seen. Or to be question as to what repair we were going to do to the vehicle.

Even after I told them my name and my schedule appointment . They didn't have a clue as to why I was there . Anyway after I stated what I wanted to have repair . I inquire as to the price.

And the representative told me that it would cost. 389 dollars to replace the brakes pads . So the first price was 179 . The second price 413 for both front and rear brakes .

The third inquiry into the cost of just doing the front brakes was. 279.00 . And the forth price which was when I actually took the car for repair on a schedule appointment . That even they didn't know about.

Mind you I got the appointment notification on my cell phone from paragon Honda . To go from 179 to 413 for both front and rear brakes to 279 for only the front . Then on the day of the appointment to be given another price which was 389.

It's rediculious how they don't have a fixed price on the repairs or a standard price to repair any problem that you have on your vehicle . To be qoauted 4 different price for the same repairs it's crazy and unacceptable .
