i tried ordering 3 items from you guys, and it charged my card, but the purchase didn't go through. this happened twice. i would like to still get my order since you guys charged me twice and get a refund for the second time i tried it, and it charged me again but never got my order placed.
i got no confirmation email or anything. you guys took my money twice without giving me my items, which is not right.
