Missing item in delivery
When you mess up you have to own it. And I was wrong.

I ordered 100 foot of the battle cord from you guys and only received 50 feet in my package. I would like for this to be resolved as soon as possible.
That would be great. I would still like to keep ordering from you folks in the future, but not if its gonna end up like this.

I need to make my order over the phone. I have been a victim of ID theft as a result of buying stuff over the internet and am wisely advised not to do that anymore.

I paid over $100 for aglets that are useless and do not fit paracord planet paracord. I have never had this issue before and have reached out to orders@***.com several time to fix, get a refund or return these items as they are useless to me.
Reached out to them on Instagram to see if they would point me in the right direction and the message was seen but never responded do. How do you get a hold of someone to fix an order issue?

It is impossible to find the correct pattern color on their website
There are too many choices and the photos of the product do not match what is sent and no way to find the correct color in a multi color product. No phone number to contact them and they only deal with email even though supposedly there is a live chat that does not work.
Very expensive if you order the wrong color by accident since you can't really see the exact colors or pattern on the site since the photos are so small. Very unhappy!

I want to know how to tell what size the paracord is I need cord in 3/16 and 1/4 what number designation would this be so I can make the proper repair for our chairs

Failed Promotion at Paracord Planet.
I tried to order from Paracord Planet using a Buy 5 Get 5 Free promotional link. I couldn't get the checkout price to show the promotion, and it didn't show the 5 free either.
I added a message to the order, using their message system, indicating the issue I was having and went ahead and purchased the 5 items. The order was delivered with only the 5 items, without the free items. The invoice with the shipment had MY MESSAGE PRINTED RIGHT ON IT. APPARENTLY THEY TOTALLY IGNORED THE MESSAGE.I emailed the company, no response.
I emailed again, no response. I contacted them on Twitter, they got customer service to review the situation. I forwarded copies of the two emails, and gave them the invoice number and dates.
The end result is that they claim that they didn't get the emails, and since they claim they knew nothing about this problem until today, despite the fact that it is on the original invoice, and since the promotion is now over, they decline o honor their own promotion. They are out my business, and I sure will tell everyone I know that Paracord Planet is not a reputable company to deal with.
