An agent repo company broke my door handle off. My finance company said to contact PAR to file a claim.
I gave all details and sent photos. Stacie, in resolutions claimed there was no evidence. The tow company tried to hide the fact that they broke my door. Door handles don't just fall off.
There are so many complaints on BBB site of this company denying claims and doubling down on their refusal to take responsibility.
And their leadership has the nerve to be on LinkedIn smiling like they're doing good business. Pathetic.
