I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received regarding a catering order placed at your establishment on December 30, 2025. On that date, I ordered and paid in full for three bulk orders of Mardi Gras Pasta, which were scheduled for pickup the following day.

Unfortunately, before the order was fulfilled, I was involved in a serious accident that resulted in first and second degree burns to my legs and feet. Due to the severity of my injuries, the event for which the food was intended had to be cancelled. I contacted the restaurant as soon as possible to cancel the order prior to fulfillment. The manager on duty informed me that while the order could be cancelled, no refund would be issued.

No effort was made to offer a voucher, store credit, or any reasonable accommodation given the circumstances. This was especially disappointing considering the situation involved a medical emergency, which I substantiated by showing photographs of my injuries to the manager. Subsequently, several members of my church picked up the food on my behalf and requested to review the cancellation policy. They were advised that the policy was available online, but no copy or explanation was provided at the restaurant.

I have been a long-time customer of Pappadeaux, and my church and its members have frequently placed orders with your establishment over the years. Given the lack of compassion, flexibility, and customer service demonstrated in this situation, my church and I have decided to no longer do business with your company. I believe this experience falls well short of the customer care standards associated with your brand.

The waitress didn’t have good customer service skill an the other waitress was doing her job for her taking are orders bringing my card back an my to go drinks was not what I ordered

This was not my first time here an the customer service was not what I was used to the waitress was sending everyone to do her work for her an my to go drink supposed to be a dirty dirty an it was definitely not that Im not satisfied with the service

They sent ME a letter missing the $100.00 GIFT CARD ASKING ME TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE. I TOOK A PHOTO FOR YOUR RECORDS AND INTERVIEW

I have already called their corporate office with no response, I also left a message on their CONTACT US PAGE AND HAVE NO EMAIL REPLY FROM THEM, AND ALSO GOOGLE MAPS ONE STAR REVIEW AND STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THE PAPPS CORPORATION!! I do not feel safe ever returning to this location off Southwest Freeway.

Server was at THE BAR HIS NAME WAS ALEXANDER AND HE CHARGED ME THE WRONG PRICE FOR MY WINE, ALSO HAD NO IDEA WHAT THE NAME WAS SO I HAD TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THEIR WINE LIST.

HE WAS VERY SLOW AND WASNT TRAINED WELL, SAME WITH JAZ. SHE WAS LOUD AND WRONG AND THE FOOD SHE REFIRED DUE TO WRONG TEMPERATURE SALMON HAD SHRIMP THAT WERE NOT DEVEINED I HAD TO THROW IT ALL AWAY! IT WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF MY DAY AND I HAVENT BEEN COMPENSATED. ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS AND NO RESPONSE FROM PAPPAS!!!
