Wasted cocncrete
- - Concrete truck with a load didn't pour and left after no one answered.
- - Lien threat; plan to contact CCB/BBB; Marion will take over at a discount.
Did not show up to pour driveway. Concrete truck with full load 10 yds.
they would not answer phone calls so truck left
How can someone stay in business that way. it been 3 days and no return call. Concrete company called about sticking me with a lien. will be contacting CCB and BBB on this guy good luck getting him to follow up on promises.
Have contacted Marion concrete they will take over the job at a discount since it's already formed up. But from what I've read I will have them check all the grades just to make sure they are correct.

Graded concrete wrong
- - Slope was towards the house, causing cracks.
- - No permit; extra charges; debris and belongings missing; refused to fix; threatened lien.
Brian pour our walks and driveway the wrong slope towards myhouse instead of away to the gutter and ran out of concrete
This caused cracks the next day
Piece flaking off and rocks now exposed
Said he called for inspections but had no permit so he charged me extra for it
I am 80 and live alone his crew used my bathroom and tracked debris in my house
Without asking some of my stuff is missing just a warning this person cannot be trusted he refuses to fix his work and said he would lien my house if I didn't pay.
He also said he would take my property to a pawn shop for payment I ask him to fix his work he got very angry and said to go to he'll old man and left
I had to hire another company to fix it . They did a great job thank you double eagle for helping this old man get his walk fixed it looks great

- - Cannot read blueprints or follow directions.
- - Underbids, hires workers off street, cannot pass inspections, and leaves job sites a mess.
Concrete contractor cannot read blueprints unable to follow direction. Will make lame excuses for all screw ups. Under bids projects and does sub standard work
Should be avoided at all cost. Not a person you can trust a liar. No reason to give blueprint to him he can read them. Back charges to him exceeds 10k pn1 project. Quality is substandard. A rogue backyard bone head. He has mo idea what he is doing. Is be known for being replaced on jobs. Hires workers off street.Cannot pass a building inspection. Alters work after inspections
Leave jobsite a mess. Will be out of business soon
Cannot pass a drug test.
