I like shopping at pantaloons because of the affordability and style. I like their staff and customer care team.
They have resolved issues always. As a customer we are demanding and they ensure to bring smile and make shopping at pantaloons very pleasant :) customer care team has reached out even to take note of very small complains if any.

I baught a product - male shirt of U.S Polo Assn. of Mrp 2499 size XL ,discount 30% offer on 30.01.2024 from Camac street pantaloons ,kolkata.
while billing I got discount on my points collected by last shoppings of Rs 700 apprx. I paid Rs1046. Today I was checked in in same store to exchange as size issue but they were saying I will only get exchange value of 1046 Rs. But kindly help me in understand why such harrasment only while exchanging and not while purchasing?
I collected that 700rs by my paid several purchases and then got that amount.this is my earned points and also the shirt i purchased with discount of 30% comes to 1800 so i should get that value ,i am not asking for the discounted amount or MRP..this is really harassment..kindly help and revert.if not satisfied will definitely complain for such unhygienic and unethical issues to consumer forum. I have bill if required.

Shopping was done at Guwahati downtown at around 2.15 pm
Worst staff experience
They have specified the discount as 40 percent and while billing they said the discount changed total improper miscommunication

Purchased on 24th of April paid an amount of INR 4103 , they said that INR 500 coupon will receive , one gentle man said in that shop that no need your mobile number enough while next time u come for shopping . When I went to that shop today they were saying , no coupons showing contact Customer care .
Irresponsible idiot . What kind of service ! Needs assistance and coupon , because I supposed not to purchase for 4K , intentionally they told about this coupon now its a cheating .
Then how will enhance customer satisfaction. Worst !

They have mis sold the member ship card without the intimation from me.so I will escalate the issue further to your customer care & incase escalate in digital platform about the bad experience.so kindly requesting to reverse my funds back
