She spent over 80 dollars and would very much appreciate a refund. I would like to speak to a manager or higher. I have emailed this exact email 3 times with no response.

Stay away from this website. I ordered 5 dolls in total paying a total of USD380.00.
I waited approximately 4 months for the dolls to arrive, and these said dolls are not worth even USD10.00 on Wish.com.
I was so shocked at the products that I received, particularly when only 2 out of the 5 dolls arrived, and one pillowcase that I did not order. Please see photo attached!

They scammed me out of 80 plus dollars when I bought the doll about 4 months ago. I started getting suspicious about them scamming so I asked for a refund and they said that was fine but now they wont answer me. They scammed me.

They sent me a tiny 13cm doll worth about $15.00 instead of the 22 inch doll that I had ordered & paid over $80.00

I ordered 2 dolls from them on 05-03-20 and on 05-29-20 I received 1 doll that was a boy doll, which I ordered 2 girl dolls. Anyway this doll is off of wish.com & is maybe a $10.00 doll.

I've tried through email, no reply! It's really strange they do not have a phone number available to customers.
My 8 year old granddaughter is very upset! I believe this company stole $119 from me and stole my granddaughters joy!
