FRAUD - NON-PERFORMANCE OF CONTRACT
- - Contract for metal carport with 1-6 week lead time; no delivery or erection.
- - Deposit refund denied; non-performance and breach alleged.
- - Avoid this firm.
So the company contacted me to get my address stating they would mail me a check, instead of reversing the credit card charge they made. So far no check has arrived.
Plus, too, they already had my address in order to process the credit card transaction so they are merely stalling further. I'd avoid this company as they are not reputable and expect to keep your money when they do not do their work.
Contracted with seller for metal carport on June 4, 2025 with 1-6 week lead time. Seller to deliver and erect complete the structure per the contract.
It's now Aug 4, 2025 and nothing but broken promises has been received. I formally requested refund of deposit but am told contract cannot be cancelled, even though they breached it. It's not a matter of cancellation.
It's a matter of out right fraud. Non-performance per the contract agreement.
Recourse is to never deal with this company.
