- - This company has deducted money from my account twice.
- - Withdrawing 12.50 yields 12.25; a 0.25 fee is charged to the client, not Panel Champ.
This is the second time this company has deducted money from my account. Furthermore, when you cash out 12.50 you only get 12.25.
The company they use for withdrawal Clint something takes .25 each time you withdraw.
Instead of panel champ paying the withdrawal fees it makes the client bite the cost. Pretty pathetic.

I have been with "PANEL CHAMP" FOR CLOSE to 10 YEARS with NARY, I mean NARY, A problem until 2021 when as of today $10 USD has been unnecessarily deducted from my account! I have made 3 different "CONTACT US" inquiries with lame excuses for these deductions!!!!!!!
WHAT ALL OF A SUDDEN IS THE DIFFICULTIES??????? I WANT MY $9.99 RETALIATORY DEDUCTIONS IMMEDIATELY PUT BACK ON MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!!

- - QuestMindshare became Panel Champ after 10+ years.
- - Invites stopped in Feb 2020; login failed; CNIT controls accounts and is hard to reach.
This site used to be QuestMindshare and I was a panelist for over 10 years. About a year ago they became Panel Champ and I continued to receive survey invites and made decent money for my efforts.
About mid February /early March 2020, I stopped receiving survey invites.
When I tried to log into my account, the system did not accept my ID or P/W. I emailed Panel Champ and their response was, they have no control over this issue. It is their parent company CNIT that controls the accounts and to contact them.
CNIT is a Canadian based market research company and I have tried several times to call them. All you get is a robo answering machine that tells you to leave a message AND someone will call you back.
Where have I heard this before! Another marketing company that hides behind an answering machine.
I am more than pissed off at this company.
I had between 38 to 50 dollars in my account and I want my account reactivated and my funds returned to me. CNIT office # is 416-860-**** but calling is a waste of time!

- - Balance dropped from 11.62 dollars to 10.88 dollars.
- - Deduction of about 0.74 dollars with no reason.

I want to know that yesterday there was balance of 11.62 dollars in my account but today when I checked in I see that the balance has reduced to 10.88 dollars. Why this reduction? You reduced almost 1 dollar from my account and that too without any reason.
Please check this issue and reward my balances again as there was no reason for any kind of deduction.
