Credits to my account
How often is the approved balance on my account updated? My balance was $34.40 as of October 2024.
I was approved for $10 and $11.71 on 1/27/2025, but the approved balance stayed at $34.40. Previously, my account showed amounts credited in October 2024, but they no longer show.

Still can't get through. Not a lot of money do not a big deal but really annoying. Imagine if I did need it??

The website directs you to the 312-212-**** number to verify ID or whatever to gain release of your money reward ($30) after completing surveys and opportunities via their emailed links. However, the call is never answered - you get a automated voice system that keeps you on hold for 15 minutes then says no one is available and hangs up on you

Payment info
I haven't received payment options some surveys didn't get validated some are not added correctly. I'm trying for years to figure this out no one answers no one calls back...

I have e-mailed panda research support. 6 times in 2 months.
And I have not received a reply at all. Panda research has owed me $51. For over 2 months now.
They will not reply to any of my support e-mails. It is a scam

no answer say it was busy waited 15 mins then it hung up with no resolved. I have called numerous time with no answer very very upset

I need my tREFUND asap!!!!! Fraudsters!
My account has not been paid for the surveys I rightfully completed. I have sent request after request .
You have a horrible business practice and should be ashamed of yourselves. I have never dealt with such a lackadaisical , uncaring, company such as yourselves. I am requesting my refund of the money that is rightfully due to me, for the effort and time I have put into doing your surveys . I expect avtimekt payment from this moment forward or I will be contacting the BBB immediately.
