The website directs you to the 312-212-**** number to verify ID or whatever to gain release of your money reward ($30) after completing surveys and opportunities via their emailed links. However, the call is never answered - you get a automated voice system that keeps you on hold for 15 minutes then says no one is available and hangs up on you

My account has not been paid for the surveys I rightfully completed. I have sent request after request .
You have a horrible business practice and should be ashamed of yourselves. I have never dealt with such a lackadaisical , uncaring, company such as yourselves. I am requesting my refund of the money that is rightfully due to me, for the effort and time I have put into doing your surveys . I expect avtimekt payment from this moment forward or I will be contacting the BBB immediately.
