Girl attending to me put my order aside after a white lady asked her if someone could help. She put my order aside even when the lady she wanted to assist kept telling her to finish with mine before attending to her cos she was almost done with mine. She still ignored and took her order. After serving her, she came back to mine and continued. When i expressed my dissatisfaction, she told me, "there's only one me". This happened at Fremont panda express today. It was such an embarrassing moment for me.

Walked up to the doors at 10:50pm from a long day, the doors are locked 2 employees eating in the dining area laughing at me with the other co-worker behind the register as they looked at me and each other chuckling. This made me feel like my business wasnt wanted so I will plan accordingly

I forgot to add, one of the Panda's in Redmond closes at 9pm every night and the other at 10:00. So, you were trying to go there way after they had closed.

Also, keep in mind PE stops making new food 60-120 minutes before closing time.

They also close early. This is apparently their model because it happens at every PE across the U.S.

They hire bottom of the barrel trash employees and it shows in the quality of both customer service and food. East a pre-made sub from a gas station before you eat at Panda Express.

Panda Express - Complaint
Don't ask for pic it cancels everything. I work outside and hard for money. How can nobody tell the difference between rice and low mein. Waste of money. I don't eat rice. I paid extra for walnut shrimp 2x. Will never order again from this establishment

Poor customer service

I was away for my anniversary surrounded by many restaurants. However, my husband wanted Panda Express.

We waited on a line 20 minutes! When it was finally our turn your staff was slow due to playing around, laughing walking up and down as well as the steam tray being a mess! Once I got to the register I saw the manager MARCO, I asked him if his name tag said manager ( the font was small ). He said yes and walked away!!!

Never asking or showing any concern for me as a customer. I expressed my annoyance to the young man at the register he thought it was funny! At that point I had enough. I told him to give me back my money (40$).

As we were walking out he screamed GOD BLESS YOU. Your staff at this location has zero customer service and extremely poor work ethics.

This took place at the Cross County Center in Yonkers. New York.

I dont feel welcome at one of your restaurants

I wasn't treated like I'm not very welcome at one of your locations. The issue started regarding the small parking lot at 35th /Peoria, phx.one car in the drive through was blocking my exit,I honked horn to please pull forward or back up a little, the other party ignored me,I had to be somewhere (and my food was getting cold)so i honked again, still no response, then ur employees came outside and yelled at me(very unprofessional btw)for honking the horn. Meanwhile there's a line of cars "stuck" in the lot as well,took few minutes to finally get out of the lot(not very happy)also noticed not one white person working .this makes me feel like ur company doesn't like white people, I'm not going back to that location, possibly not to other panda express everywhere.This is not good for business

It must be their business model, because every PE with drive-thru all have constructed their parking lots to cause congestion, gridlock and to trap patrons in the drive-thru line.

The youngest steak is chewy rubbery tasted like paper the texture the veggies were hard, raw, not cooked long enough. I ordered walnut Shrimp beef n broccoli and th egg y gave well this Sorry *** rice, first off there was five Shrimp no walnuts three piece of Broccoli thats it plus that Crap was So nasty I had to spit it out, and I paid 15.00 and change plus Tip this was so bad man it was bad, All I Could do was Shake my head never again

The name of the dish is not beef n broccoli. It's called Broccoli Beef and employees will tell you that it is primarily a broccoli dish with a few pieces of beef.

If you get it when it is first made, you stand a chance of getting a fair amount of beef. As the dish winds down, it is just nothing but broccoli. As far as the walnut shrimp, 5-6 pieces is what they offer.

Portions are stingy. There is a reason why the founders (the Cherngs) are billionaires.

I ordered 4 large drinks with my food and the lady at the front handed me the drinks hand the holder if not strong and the holder can not holding enough support so it broke in her hand and when it broke the large soda feel in my car all over the floor all over my feet shoes socks I called the manager to tell her what happen and she act like she does not understand said I would get point on my app but she never said she was going to add them then she said for my birthday but I get point anyway on my birthday this is so not right my feet are wet my floor is sticky and now I have to pay for my carpet to be clean because a large soda makes a lot of mess
