Poor customer service
I was away for my anniversary surrounded by many restaurants. However, my husband wanted Panda Express.
We waited on a line 20 minutes! When it was finally our turn your staff was slow due to playing around, laughing walking up and down as well as the steam tray being a mess! Once I got to the register I saw the manager MARCO, I asked him if his name tag said manager ( the font was small ). He said yes and walked away!!!
Never asking or showing any concern for me as a customer. I expressed my annoyance to the young man at the register he thought it was funny! At that point I had enough. I told him to give me back my money (40$).
As we were walking out he screamed GOD BLESS YOU. Your staff at this location has zero customer service and extremely poor work ethics.
This took place at the Cross County Center in Yonkers. New York.

I dont feel welcome at one of your restaurants
I wasn't treated like I'm not very welcome at one of your locations. The issue started regarding the small parking lot at 35th /Peoria, phx.one car in the drive through was blocking my exit,I honked horn to please pull forward or back up a little, the other party ignored me,I had to be somewhere (and my food was getting cold)so i honked again, still no response, then ur employees came outside and yelled at me(very unprofessional btw)for honking the horn. Meanwhile there's a line of cars "stuck" in the lot as well,took few minutes to finally get out of the lot(not very happy)also noticed not one white person working .this makes me feel like ur company doesn't like white people, I'm not going back to that location, possibly not to other panda express everywhere.This is not good for business

I ordered 4 large drinks with my food and the lady at the front handed me the drinks hand the holder if not strong and the holder can not holding enough support so it broke in her hand and when it broke the large soda feel in my car all over the floor all over my feet shoes socks I called the manager to tell her what happen and she act like she does not understand said I would get point on my app but she never said she was going to add them then she said for my birthday but I get point anyway on my birthday this is so not right my feet are wet my floor is sticky and now I have to pay for my carpet to be clean because a large soda makes a lot of mess
