NO PERSON CONTACTED ME about my complaint.
Someone may phone me at 319-240-**** & leave a phone number to phone back.
On 2/25/2024 @ 2:22 pm I came to your establishment & ordered a Bowl Burrito. As I started, only few choices.
Small amount chicken , black beans, (NO VEGGIES AT ALL), sour cream, shredded cheese. The burrito was only about 1/4th the size of a normal Burrito.
The unfriendly young girl said "I just clocked in for work- don't know what they have ready." & proceeded to charge me full price!
User's recommendation: IF NO FOOD PREPARED, Don't take a order OR charge less than full price.R Don't charge full price!
