Verified ReviewerPoor Customer Support After Lost Package
I ordered a t-shirt from Pancheewa's online shop on February 4th, and by the time I am writing this review (May 17th) I have not received my item yet. Even though they are a smaller brand from the UK, and I live in the US, it still does not justify their poor customer services.
I have already sent them over 10 emails over the past couple months, and only got replied to twice: once when they sent me the tracking code, and the second time to tell me they could not do anything about the package being lost by the carrier. So I also contacted Royal Mail, the shipping company that ended up losing my item, but they only told me that a claim had to be made by the sender for me to get my money back. So I tried again to contact Pancheewa a few times to see if they could help me with that, but I have been left with no responses at all. I would be pleased if they could either provide me a reimbursement or send me another t-shirt (which, by the way, after taxes and shipping costs was a little over $50, totally overpriced).
But what made me the most upset is their lack of communication, and neglect towards a customer with a bad experience. Will never purchase anything from them again.
