Worse customer service ever

No Cust Service number found other than their "GetHuman" on-line program which is a complete and total joke/waste of time. I waited for 2 days for a response and received none other than site generated email queries as to whether or not I had resolved my issue. Are you kidding me?? I have a wireless phone who's voice mail recorder quit working. I wanted information on how to reactivate function or secure a replacement unit.

Panasonic TV won't power up after power outage

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
This is not the first time this has happened. In fact, it happens EVERY time the power goes out or even just turn off the TV. I've done the "reset" thing but it takes several days to several weeks before it will reset correctly. It is EXTREMELY frustrating. This appears to be a problem for many people. Panasonic needs to own up and handle this problem free of charge. The way I see it, I've paid Panasonic good money for a faulty product.

Does anyone know how to record to a USB device? I followed all the instructions and when I try to record I get an error message "Feature not available". TV set takes hours or days to turn on

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Since purchasing, Tv takes hours or days to come back on after being unplugged or brief power outage. CS has suggestions to get the set back on, sometimes they work but mostly not. You just have to wait until the tv decides it’s going to function. I’ve read on forums that people having the same issue replaced expensive parts with no permanent solution. This set should of been recalled & replaced. Shame on Panasonic. My family will never again purchase a product they produce.

My microwave burned from inside, and they are blaming me for misuse I've been waiting for almost 2 months for now They looked at some pictures and thought oh it may be your fault! it is not my fault, it just started to shoot fire inside oven area, and i took it to them, they immediately said it was my fault, i contacted support, requested escalation, till now nothing 54 days and counting, i don't have a microwave i will never buy Panasonic products anymore. and now they said you are supposed to use only glassware, will that is not written in the *** manual of the Microwave . how can i escalate to Panasonic Japan ? because those *** in middle east just want to sell, not support, they don't know how to do customer service.

No 'quality control' / farcical customer service

Panasonic has not responded and I can only assume the company does not give a rats about sub-standard products. It used to be a good company once, but it has now joined the ranks of manufacturers of shonky ***

Original review Dec 17, 2018
Just got home with a brand new Panasonic microwave and find its broken and unusable. The door refuses to click shut and the button to release the door is floppy. Seems there is no such thing s quality control at Panasonic because even a severely retarded monkey would have noticed the problem during packaging. Sure the retailer (Hardly Normal) will replace the thing but that entails a hundred kilometer round trip. I just love wasting half a day because the manufacturer is too stingy to check the serviceability of its products. The 'customer service' person at Panasonic is evidently in Manila or thereabouts and I don't recall ever speaking with someone from that part of the world without tearing my hair out in frustration with their abysmal lack of comprehension of Australian english. Customers who purchase a product or service in Australia should be entitled to customer service staff who speak something other than tagalog or spanglish. Angry NOT HAPPY JAN !!!! If I don't get a prompt call back from a supervisor with a plurality of grey cells, I'll lose Panasonic so much business that they might as well close up shop. Angry Angry Angry

Panasonic sucks.

In the past, Panasonic used to produce good quality products, and any defects were attended to promptly and professionally. Recently however the company has gone to the dogs.

Product quality and service are among the worst, and the filipino call centre rivals the very worst on the planet for ineptitude and arrogance. I reasonably expected to be able to use a brand new microwave for at least a year or two before it started acting up, but this one was evidently broken prior to packaging. If there was even the most basic quality control, the broken door latch would have been noticed during the packaging process as the door simply won't stay shut. After a bit of googling, I've discovered that door catches have been a disaster case for years.

There are sufficient adverse reports about faulty door latches around the world for Panasonic to be fully aware of the problem, but still the company claims 'we haven't had any reports of trouble'. It is this refusal to acknowledge the issue that destroys any semblance of credibility Panasonic once had.

"support" is non existant. No humans anywhere. When you describe your problem (wireless handsets) the reply is "what do you want panasonic to do" Honest.

Panasonic have not resolved the issue they are only making excuses as to why they wont replace the unit. I have spent hundreds getting professional reports which they wont acknowledge.I am becoming very frustrated with their handling of the issue and will never use another product from this company.Totally disgraceful.

My air conditioner unit started blowing hot air called a repair man and found no gas on unit which is extremely rare.we finally found after multiple visits and 738.00 That the unit has a leak in one of the copper pipes in the high pressure side.the unit is just out of warranty but Australian law states a product must have a reasonable life expectancy .Panasonic have done everything possible to avoid replacement .Do not deal with them

Panasonic Sux!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Panasonic is the worst manufacturer of television sets. It never fails to dissapoint. I am so fed up with the unplug this hold that for 60 seconds and see what happens. I should not have to be a certified technician everytime the power goes out or the tv doesnt feel like being watched. I know there are those who would say “well just go by another tv” but in this economy only people who have money to burn are the folks who make the products cheap and sell it for hundreds of dollars. Even though I know Panasonic could CARE LESS about little old nobody me this is very disheartening. My wife and I work 14 hour days and we dont have time to open up the back of a tv to see if the motherboard is bad and every tv repair man will charge more in labor than the price of the part itself but again I know PANASONIC doesnt care!!! I cant believe im saying this but Thank God for Vizio at least when theres a storm outside and the power goes out i know when it comes back on their tv WILL WORK NO PROBLEM. I know saying I wont buy any more of your products is futile because you are just going to keep making tvs for cheap and sell them expensive. Ok Panasonic I know you guys arent reading this anyway so im done.

Panasonic Fridge is terrible and bad customer service

Dear Panasonic, The above matter, refers. I bought Panasonic Fridge 560L side by side which cost me RM4999.00 with serial number NR-BS62GWMY 530**** on 28 Dec 2015 at Weng Hub Enterprise Sdn Bhd in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. After they sent the Fridge to my house I noticed that the LED lamp was not working and after a week they replaced it with a new LED lighting. After 2-3 years, I noticed that the upper part of the fridge is not chilling as usual, however I assumed there is nothing serious happen as brand name of Panasonic is trustworthy and is normally lasting for 15-20 years. After that we had an experience with LED light (i.e. right side) is not functioning and recently the upper part of the fridge cannot chill food anymore and therefore, food becoming spoiled easily. I didn’t logged any complain earlier as I never thought that Panasonic Fridge can be spoiled and kaput easily. I contacted Weng Hub and they sent a technician to my house and after a while he inspected he told me that the PCB control is not working and due to that it will cost me between RM 500.00 - RM 600.00 for replacement. I am really disappointed and not satisfied with Panasonic brand which is supposed can be lasting for a longer period of time. This has brought me writing to Panasonic to complain about the Fridge that is not working after very few years bought from your business reseller. If I know that the Panasonic brand is performed poorly, I might consider to buy Samsung Fridge that I heard is more advance in term of technology and reliability. I contacted Panasonic customer service via email, they replied I have to pay total RM800++ for parts replacement which will cost me another brand new of Fridge. I have no words to say to Panasonic, this would the last item I would buy from Panasonic. Thank you

Your product is difficult to purchase, your website has distributor errors, contact is indirect web or call back, the sales person was rude not immediately helpful. After 1 wk. I have no distributor contact, no price on product, lot of waisted time. Why should I steer my customer to panisonic, difficult, rude, not helpful has been my experience.

Panasonic UHD 49” LCD TV

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
After only 2 yrs (and minimal use) the screen went black. Was told by local repairer that the part to fix it was no longer available. Panasonic would only support me if I was willing to bring the TV to their approved repairer, 150km away. Complete disregard for my issue. The product is below par, LCDs average 100,000 hrs of use. To get only 2 yrs from the TV is a joke. Worst product and customer service I have ever had. Surprising for such a well know brand.

Panasonic lemon

I got myself a Sony and my kids a panasonic. Their tv stopped working one day while they were at school. I'm upset, but I know it wasn't broken. It stopped working, and way before lasting long enough. In market for kids and bedroom tv. Sony great but expensive. Can further mistakes be avoided?
