I was considering renting an apartment from pamelas rentals in North Little Rock Arkansas but after listening to a woman with a local homeless assistance group run Pamela down and tell me terrible stories about her i decided not to. Later i had the opportunity to view some of the apartments and to me they looked perfectly liveable. It turns out alot of low income people rent from Pam then their bad habits get them behind on rent and she has to evict them. They then of course run to this homeless advocacy lady and tell her all sorts of lies about Pam. One such guy is still currently renting from Pam. Hes violated the lease in every way imagunabl. Letting homeless people live with him in exchange for foodstamps and money. Has allowed two dogs to urinate on the floor til it rotted and he fell through it but never told Pam. Pam forgot to renew his lease so he told the homeless advocacy lady a pack of lies and theyre trying to find him a different place to live. I can testify as to the damage the dogs have done to the rental property and the degrading things this homeless advocacy lady has told me and others about Pam. Pam should definately sue over the damages done to her property and slander against the homeless advocacy lady .Ive seen nothing at all wrong with Pamelas apartments except damage that dirty nasty tenants have done.
