I was assigned to the Zephyrhills location by my medicare provider. Made an appointment to have two issues addressed. The doctor spent all of two minutes with me and stated she would send me two referrals to see specialists. Six weeks later I still don't have the referrals. Called four times and was continually told someone would call me by days end. Never happened. I'll never go there again.

Poor service

Poor service medically and administratively. A culture of bad service. Bad experience at different offices, different staff, on multiple visits.

Unbelievably bad care! Unable to find out why I am receiving additional bills after visit! Unable to get simple prescriptions filled without numerous calls and messages through patient portal.

So I had been to this office a few years ago and care was good and people we kind and friendly. When we moved to Williston I made that my primary care office. What a mistake. High prices, horrible care, unable to get prescriptions refilled, and dont even think you are going to get a call back! Then if that isnt enough I get an additional bill after having paid $219.00 dollars in office. Unable to get a straight answer what this additional bill is for! Was told two different stories of why I received additional bill. One being I must have received a higher level of care. What a joke! I only get prescriptions refilled and that is even horrible!!!

Pros:
  • No pros only cons
Cons:
  • Horrible care and service

Preferred solution: Admission of the horrible care and an actual explanation of the “additional” bills that you get and suspiciously seems like that until you pay additional bill your prescriptions won’t get refilled!

I went there for walking pneumonia and was told I would get medicine to clear it up but it's been 5 days and still no meds. These people didn't have to wait on my co-payment or my insurance but it seems that's all they wanted. Thanks Palms medical group for your help.

Palms Medical Group

After 3 months as a new patient of this medical group, in which I use the Williston office. I have had the worst time to get prescriptions refilled. When CVS calls over or faxes a refill it takes literally days and for me to call and get after them when they dont send prescriptions back. I have missed blood pressure tablets, thyroid and others because of there offices. The policy is to call 48 hours before a refill is needed. I have waited more then 72 hours now for the past three months and I should not have to keep calling and telling them. They have no one centralized location to call to tell any problems too. A very terrible organization.
