Still not received my refund about complimentary hotel room
Hello, I used my complimentary for 2 nights free room stay on Sep 24th-26th, hotel employee said I could get refund after check out, but its over 15 days, still not seen refund in my bank account. I asked for palms customer service, Maria who responds to me said it is charged for resort fee, but receipt which I got is showing resort fee is free
User's recommendation: Do not try something free at palms, they would charge back without reasonable explanation
