Well it is now 6/5/20. We had to contact the manager Kerri in order to have Carol follow up on all aspects of our tour.Carol finally did follow up, but seems it is up to us, again, to appeal to Allianz and Insight.Seems we have started the run around and foot dragging all over again. This is just frustrating and not to mention outrageous.

This is another place that has given up on helping us. Like the rest of the companies we used for this trip. They are all SMILES and KIND WORDS, but as soon as they get your money and you need help, they are COLD and UNCARING.We know they are in business to make money, but they could at lease show some humanity. You live and learn and try to stop others from getting ripped off, that is the only recourse we have now.

Booked our dream vacation with Palmer Ranch Travel on 08/29/2019.

Our agent was Carol Eggelson and the tour was "Splendors of Egypt" with Insight Vacations. We paid for tour and was set for March 7th 2020 to start and end March 24th 2020.

During this trip, because of COVID-19 and bad weather, we were abandoned @ Cairo airport for 14 hours, had to cut our tour short by 6 days and pay for emergency trip home to the United States.

We tried to contact Carol @ Palmer Ranch numerous times by phone and email but got to response, It took our representative in the US to contact her to help us.

Because of this we lost 6 days of our trip, 2 days @ hotel in Frankfurt, lost luggage and was out over $3,000.00 for extra flights home, over & above the trip of $12,000.

After we retuned Carol said she would help us recoup our losses, but she has been of little help. The insurance thru Allianz she sold us was to be coverage for "any reason" she said even "a bad hair day" but of course it didn't cover anything!!!!
