Beware Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas
In August 2014, I bought a 1 Unit room at Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas during my visit to the resort. I bought the one bedroom unit 606 for $11,000 after Mr. Rick Neighbor, one of the agents of the Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas, told me and my wife that the unit and all other RCI variables associated with it worth more than the price. It was after we had signed the contract and owned the unit that we found out that all what Mr. Rick Neighbor and his company, Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas, said about the unit was FALSE. We were duped and scammed. We tried to sell the unit 606 this month of April 2016 at Redweek but only to be told that it is not worth more than $1700 on the market. We have been scammed and frauded by Rick Neighbor and Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas. Beware of them.
