AI Highlights
  • - Teeke no longer works on Palm Beach Letter; no letters received.
  • - Subscribed Nov 29, 2023; $149; auto charges $12 after year 1 and 2, then $129 later.

Some time ago, I received notice that Teeke would no longer be working on the Palm Beach Letter. I haven't received a letter and recently, I saw his name and thought maybe he was reestablishing his contact with people.

Whatever the reason, I have never received a letter. My subscription was on November 29, 2023, for $149. I assume it expired on November 29, 2024. My Order Summary for Palm Beach Letter states: At the end of your first and second year, we will automatically charge your credit card $12.

Then, beginning at the end of the 3rd year, we will automatically charge your credit card $129 going forward. Please cancel my automatic subscription.

HORRIFIC

AI Highlights
  • - Expensive recommendations (~$2,000) that are rarely accurate.
  • - Invested in four pre-IPO deals; five years later none went public; only one viable.

LOOK AT THESE REVIEWS PEOPLE! Do NOT listen to them!

They want you to spend $2000-**** for their recommendations that are rarely accurate. They promise wealth, and get you to purchase by telling you something big is imminent (psychology). I invested in four Pre IPO deals that within 12-18 months would change my life. FIVE YEARS LATER, not one of them has gone public and only one is still viable.

Check out the BBB. I dont believe they are even accredited. Another product they cancelled after one year and 90% losses. Their only response is What?

Were so surprised to read this. Or heres a store credit. For what?

More bad advice??? Its a total rip off that youll regret.

To warn other people of this fraudulent company

AI Highlights
  • - Auto-renewed a subscription I didn't want; refunds promised but not; eight months later I'm suing; they won't accept my Letter of Intent to Sue.

Palm Beach Research Group automatically renewed a subscription that I didn't want to renew. After contacting them, they stated both verbally and in emails that they would refund the money deducted.

They did the old 'The Check is in the Mail' trick. Many emails, twenty-eight phone calls later and Eight months later, I am having to sue them. I have sent them a certified 'Letter of Intent to Sue' but they refuse to accept it via mail.

This is the worst company I have ever done business with. I advise all to stay away from this fraudulent company.

FRAUDULENT CHARGES HIDDEN IN FINE PRINT

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - Fraudulent $2500 charge for a service I didn't request.
  • - I signed up for $47/mo; then $2500 was charged with an upsell claim in fine print.

Fraudulently charged my credit $2500 for a service that I did not request. I signed up for a $47 a month service and somehow they charged me $2500 and claimed that i agreed to it in the fine print as an up sell.

Contact with this company to resolve led absolutely nowhere. When disputed with the credit card company, PBRS seemed to have a slew of legal nonsense to send over to my credit card company to enforce the charge and discourage a refund. I NEVER signed in to this $2500 up sell and did not know I was being charged.

And of course...... no call back from the company,

Preferred solution: Full refund
