- - On April 10, I bought two Palm Angels T-shirts as gifts.
- - Black dye ran, ruined son's white T-shirt; stains on floor, sink, and hands; request callback.
On the 10th of April, I bought two T-shirts from Palm Angels. It was a surprise gift for my partner and son, for a special occasion.
Spending this amount of money, I didn't expect the dye to run as it did. My partner was standing next to my son, and there was a light drizzle in the air. We then noticed the dye from the black T-shirt had transferred onto my son's white T-shirt (Both bought at the same time) The white top was ruined straight away. I followed the instructions to hand wash the black top, and the amount of dye coming out was unbelievable.
It stained my floor tiles, my sink, and my hands. I'm extremely upset that this has happened after spending so much on them.
Please, can I have a call back to discuss this matter? I've included photos.

Poor Delivery Treatment
- - Order never arrived; FedEx said the box was empty and the shirt was never found.
- - Palm Angel refund request got no response; I won't order again.
My order never came I was dealing with it through FedEx they said it was an empty box when I ordered a shirt from them, then I started an investigation on it and they said my shirt was never found I tried reaching out to palm angel website for a refund but no response back yet. I am highly upset and wont be ordering from them ever again.
