Freightquote sur charges are a scam

I'm a small business in the mid west and being a small business their only two employees and I am one of the lol. My time is valuable and lately freightquote has been trying to charge overages to my account for bogus reasons. They tried charging me for non business to business when it was and also tryed charging me for liftgate when their was one. It took me two months to get the charges refunded and it was like pulling teeth, they never returned my calls or emails till I told them I was going to sue if they didn't refund the money. These guys are shading but it was a blessing actually because I found this company called www.palletshippers.com. Their prices are cheaper and its the same exact carriers as freight quote. Even their website is better. Been with them over a year now and havent had one issue, check them out you'll be glad you did
