Items received not at all what was described and customer service was absolutely rude
Ordered the Large Luxe Mystery box and received a large returns only box. When I reached out to them to fix the issue, they said it was the same item.
I told them the description says it's supposed to be a mixed lot of undelivered, returned, overstocked, and refused items but what I received was all returns. It was nowhere near worth what we paid them for the box. Had we known we might get a box of only returns, we never would have ordered from them.
The person was rude and did not want to answer why the description didn't match what was sent. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Huge Waste of Money
I purchased the large box for $265, expecting great value, but it was a complete disappointment. One of the inner boxes took up nearly one-third of the shipping box, yet the contents inside didnt even fill a quarter of itsuch a waste of space and money!
On Christmas morning, we opened the rest of the packages and were utterly let down.
The items were all cheap Temu products, with a total value that couldnt have been more than $100 across 13 packages.
To make matters worse, one package even included an EMPTY bottle of skincare!
This was an absolute rip-off. I will never purchase from this company again and strongly urge others to avoid them as well!!

Preferred solution: I want a refund, a public apology, and fair pricing! Items should match the box’s value, with enough packages to feel worth it. Stop using oversized boxes with wasted space. Customers deserve better than overpriced junk and empty packaging. Do better!

Huge Scam/ $265 box w/ $20 worth of used crap.
For $265 dollars- heres what they do. They buy boxes from ULINE , put CRAP in like 1 packageYou will delete it.
Im debating on making a TikTok or instagram. For $265 dollars , you buy uline boxes, put dryers sheets in 1 box, a box of alcohol pads in another and worse. Then you print a fake label (which should be illegal) and sell them as returns . I have receipts and photos.

I order a 300.00 box of items I told the MSN doing it that i was a 45yr old male with a incurable brain tumor and I didn't get any mens stuff waste of money I emailed and ask a men box no answer
